3.1投標(biāo)人應(yīng)具備的資格：投標(biāo)人必須是制造商或制造商直接授權(quán)的代理商，在招標(biāo)機(jī)構(gòu)登記并購(gòu)買(mǎi)了招標(biāo)文件，并已在機(jī)電產(chǎn)品招標(biāo)投標(biāo)電子交易平臺(tái)成功注冊(cè)。投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品制造商必須通過(guò)ISO9001、ISO14001或?qū)Φ荣|(zhì)量體系認(rèn)證，并提供相應(yīng)的證書(shū)復(fù)印件；投標(biāo)人/投標(biāo)產(chǎn)品制造商提供至少有3個(gè)（含3個(gè)）梳棉機(jī)+棉箱的案例，需提供所有案例的項(xiàng)目合同復(fù)印件作為證明材料，客戶清單作為投標(biāo)文件的附件（清單應(yīng)包括但不限于以下內(nèi)容：產(chǎn)品型號(hào)、數(shù)量、客戶名稱等）。

3. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
