3．投標人資格要求
3.1投標人應具備的資格：投標人必須是制造商或制造商直接授權的代理商，在招標機構登記并購買了招標文件，并已在機電產品招標投標電子交易平臺成功注冊。投標產品制造商必須通過ISO9001、ISO14001或對等質量體系認證，并提供相應的證書復印件；投標人/投標產品制造商提供至少有3個（含3個）梳棉機+棉箱的案例，需提供所有案例的項目合同復印件作為證明材料，客戶清單作為投標文件的附件（清單應包括但不限于以下內容：產品型號、數(shù)量、客戶名稱等）。
3.2投標人提供近3年（2020年8月至投標截止時間）內在中國大陸銷售與本次投標貨物相同型號的相同貨物或者相同貨物不同型號，但所投貨物其各項重要技術參數(shù)要等同于或優(yōu)于本次投標的貨物，提供用戶清單，作為投標文件的附件。
3.3上述條件不能同時滿足則為不合格供應商。

3. Qualification Requirements for Bidder
3.1 Bidder must be the manufacturer or manufacturer directly authorized agents to participate in the bidding, has been successfully registered in the China International Tendering Network (www.chinabidding.com).Bidding product manufacturers must pass the ISO9001, ISO14001 or equivalent quality system certification and provide a copy of the corresponding certificate.
